Warranty Policy and Terms

Please Read the Information below completely then fill out before submitting. I grant permission to PwrOn Repair to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release PwrOn Repair from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. PwrOn Repair is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Furthermore, I release PwrOn Repair from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. PwrOn Repair is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service.  
PwrOn Repair offers a limited lifetime warranty on all parts and labor associated with the preceding repair.   The limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by PwrOn Repair, as well as the workmanship associated with the preceding repair only and does not cover supplemental damage  including but not limited to physical damage, device drops or liquid damage to the device.  The warranty is void if any person or store other than PwrOn Repair opens the device.  Batteries have a 1  Year warranty.  Soldering repairs hold no warranty or guarantee or refund.  Additionally, this warranty  is automatically void in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the device, especially, but not limited to iPhone "No Service" issues, iPhone audio ic issues, iPhone black camera issues, iPhone rebooting issues faceID issues, charging issues iPhone boot loop issues, or any quality issue listed under the Apple quality program.  Any repair may void any manufacturers warranty.  There is no guarantee on future liquid resistance of the device after any repair.  if the device is not powering on and PwrOn technicians are unable to test the functionality before repairing the device then PwrOn or its' affiliates cannot be held responsible for the functionality after the device has  been opened and/or repaired. 
Any deposit or payment for repair in advance or after repair is nonrefundable and paid to secure the parts ordered and promise of repair.  Any deposit will be applied to repair total.  If a bad part is received from a vendor you agree to allow for another part to be ordered.  Special order parts can take up to 2 weeks or longer to arrive depending on the part and the vendor ordered from.  All 10% discounts are up to $10 Maximum.
Any device not picked up and/or paid for within 72 Hours after the completed repair or notification of unrepairable status, will accrue a $10 a day storage fee.  Any Repair not picked up or paid for within 14 days of completed repair or notification of non-repairable device will be considered abandoned and become the sole property of PwrOn Repair.
All Diagnostics are free but there is a reassembly fee of $100 for Televisions and $80 for all other devices that customers wish to pick up instead of repairing the device after the diagnostic.  The reassembly fee can be waived for customers who agree to recycle their devices with PwrOn Repair LLC in lieu of picking the device up.  Diagnostic fees are applied to the total repair cost.  
Any device left more than 14 days after a completed repair, whether paid for or not, will be considered abandoned and become the sole property of PwrOn Repair or PwrOn LLC.

Any device not picked up or paid for within 14 days of completed repair will be considered abandoned and become the property of PwrOn LLC.
